١ - أجر المأمور يحدده القرار أو الأمر الصادر بتعيينه .
٢ - ويجوز عزله بقرار تتوافر فيه الأغلبية المشار إليها في المادة ٨٦٤ بأمر يصدر من رئيس المحكمة الابتدائية الكائن في دائرتها العقار بعد إعلان شركاء لسماع أقوالهم في هذا العزل .
