١ — يتم شهر المؤسسة بناء على طلب منشئها أو أول مدير لها أو الجهة المختصة برقابة المؤسسات .
٢ — ويتعين على الجهة المختصة بالرقابة أن تتخذ الإجراءات اللازمة للشهر من وقت علمها بإنشاء المؤسسة .
٣ — وتسرى على المؤسسات أحكام المواد ٥٨ و ٥٩ و ٦٠
