Article 660 of the Civil Code

١ - يستحق المهندس المعماري أجرا مستقلا عن وضع التصميم وعمل المقايسة وآخر عن إدارة الأعمال .
٢ - فإن لم يحدد العقد هذه الأجور وجب تقديرها وفقا للعرف الجاري .
٣ - غير أنه إذا لم يتم العمل بمقتضى التصميم الذي وضعه المهندس ، وجب تقدير الأجر بحسب الزمن الذي استغرقه وضع التصميم مع مراعاة طبيعة هذا العمل .
