١ — يجوز حل الجمعية بحكم من المحكمة الابتدائية التابع لها مركز الجمعية ، بناء على طلب أحد الأعضاء أو أى شخص آخر ذى مصلحة أو النيابة العامة، متى أصبحت الجمعية عاجزة عن الوفاء بتعهداتها، أو متى خصصت أموالها أو أرباح أموالها لأغراض غير التى أنشئت من أجلها أو متى ارتكبت مخالفة جسيمة لنظامها أو للقانون أو للنظام العام .
٢ — والمحكمة إذا رفضت طلب الحل، أن تبطل التصرف المطعون فيه .
