Article 64 of the Civil Code

١ - التصرفات التى يقوم بها مديرو الجمعية ، متجاوزين حدود
اختصاصاتهم ، أو مخالفين أحكام القانون أو نظام الجمعية أو قرارات
الجمعية العمومية ، يجوز إبطالها بحكم من المحكمة الابتدائية التابع لها مركز
الجمعية ، بناء على طلب أحد الأعضاء أو النيابة العامة .
٢ - ويجب رفع الدعوى خلال سنة من تاريخ العمل المطلوب إبطاله .
٣ - ولا يجوز رفع دعوى البطلان على الغير حسنى النية الذين كسبوا
حقوقا على أساس ذلك التصرف .
