لا يجوز للمستأجر أن يأتي عملا يكون من شأنه أن ينقص أو يؤخر انتفاع من يخلفه . ويجب عليه بوجه خاص قبيل إخلاء الأرض أن يسمح لهذا الخلف بتهيئة الأرض وبذرها إذا لم يصبه ضرر من ذلك .
