إذا منع المستأجر من تهيئة الأرض للزراعة أو من بذرها أو هلك البذر كله أو أكثره وكان ذلك بسبب قوة قاهرة ، برئت ذمة المستأجر من الأجرة لها أو بعضها بحسب الأحوال . كل هذا ما لم يوجد اتفاق يقضي بغيره .
