Article 586 of the Civil Code

١ - يجب على المستأجر أن يقوم بوفاء الأجرة في المواعيد المتفق عليها ، فإذا لم يكن هناك اتفاق وجب وفاء الأجرة في المواعيد التي يعينها عرف الجهة .

٢ - ويكون الوفاء في موطن المستأجر ما لم يكن هناك اتفاق أو عرف يقضي بغير ذلك .
