إذا لم يعين الاتفاق أو العرف مكانا أو زمانا لتسلم المبيع وجب على المشتري أن يتسلمه في المكان الذي يوجد فيه المبيع وقت البيع وأن ينقله دون إبطاء إلا ما يقتضيه النقل من زمن .
