١ - موطن القاصر والمحجور عليه والمفقود والغائب هو موطن من
ينوب عن هؤلاء قانونا .
٢ - ومع ذلك يكون للقاصر الذى بلغ ثمانى عشرة سنة ومن فى حكمه موطن
خاص، بالنسبة إلى الأعمال والتصرفات التى يعتبره القانون أهلا لمباشرتها .
