From 15 October 1949 to 30 November 1968
١ - لا يجوز للقاضي أن يوجه إلى المدعي اليمين المتممة لتحديد قيمة المدعى به إلا إذا استحال تحديد هذه القيمة بطريقة أخرى .
٢ - ويحدد القاضي حتى في هذه الحالة حدا أقصى للقيمة التي يصدق فيها المدعي بيمينه .
