يجوز للدائن أن يحول حقه إلى شخص آخر ، إلا إذا حال دون ذلك نص القانون أو اتفاق المتعاقدين أو طبيعة الالتزام . وتتم الحوالة دون حاجة إلى رضاء المدين .
