١ — إذا تعدد المدينون فى التزام غير قابل للانقسام كان كل منهم ملزما بوفاء الدين كاملا .
٢ — وللمدين الذى وفى بالدين حق الرجوع على الباقين ، كل بقدر حصته إلا إذا تبين من الظروف غير ذلك .
