١ - يسرى قانون الدولة التى ينتمى إليها الزوج وقت انعقاد الزواج
على الآثار التى يرتبها عقد الزواج، بما فى ذلك من أثر بالنسبة إلى المال .
٢ - أما الطلاق فيسرى عليه قانون الدولة التى ينتمى إليها الزوج وقت
الطلاق، ويسرى على التطليق والانفصال قانون الدولة التى ينتمى إليها الزوج
وقت رفع الدعوى .
