١ — يكون تصرف المحجور عليه لسفه أو غفلة بالوقف أو بالوصية صحيحا ، متى أذنته المحكمة فى ذلك .
٢ — وتكون أعمال الإدارة الصادرة من المحجور عليه لسفه ، المأذون له بتسلم أمواله ، صحيحة فى الحدود التى رسمها القانون .
