Article 1094 of the Civil Code

١ - يجوز لكل ذى مصلحة أن يطلب إنقاص الاختصاص إلى الحد المناسب ، إذا كانت الأعيان التى رتب عليها هذا الحق تزيد قيمتها على ما يكفى لضمان الدين .
٢ - ويكون إنقاص الاختصاص إما بقصره على جزء من العقار أو العقارات التى رتب عليها ، أو بنقله إلى عقار آخر تكون قيمته كافية لضمان الدين .
٣ - والمصروفات اللازمة لإجراء الإنقاص ولو تم بموافقة الدائن تكون على من طلب الإنقاص .
