على الحائز أن يرد ثمار العقار من وقت إنذاره بالدفع أو التخلية ، فإذا تركت الإجراءات مدة ثلاث سنوات ، فلا يرد الثمار الا من وقت أن يوجه اليه إنذار جديد .
