يجوز لكل دائن قيد حقه ولكل لحق كفيل لحق مقيد أن يطلب بيع العقار المطلوب تطهيره ، ويكون ذلك فى مدى ثلاثين يوما من آخر إعلان رسمى يضاف إليها مواعيد المسافة ما بين الموطن الأصلى للدائن وموطنه المختار ، على ألا تزيد مواعيد المسافة على ثلاثين يوما أخرى .
