١ - لا يجوز التحكير بأقل من أجرة المثل .
٢ - وتزيد هذه الأجرة أو تنقص كلما بلغ التغيير فى أجرة المثل حدا يجاوز الخمس زيادة أو نقصا، على أن يكون قد مضى ثمانى سنوات على آخر تقدير .
