يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على ستة أشهر أو بغرامة لا تجاوز عشرة آلاف جنيه، كل من أهان بالإشارة أو القول أو التهديد أحد مقدمى الخدمة أثناء تأدية مهنته أو بسبب تأديتها .
