Article 85 of the Civil and Commercial Procedure Law

إذا تبينت المحكمة عند غياب المدعى عليه بطلان إعلانه بالصحيفة
وجب عليها تأجيل القضية إلى جلسة تالية يعلن لها إعلانا صحيحا بواسطة خصمه.
فإذا كان البطلان راجعا إلى فعل المدعي وجب تغريمه بغرامة لا تقل عن خمسين جنيها
ولا تجاوز خمسمائة جنيه.
