Article 71 of the Civil and Commercial Procedure Law

إذا ترك المدعى الخصومة أو تصالح مع خصمه فى الجلسة الأولى لنظر الدعوى وقبل بدء المرافعة فلا يستحق على الدعوى إلا ربع الرسم المسدد .
وإذا انتهى النزاع صلحا أمام مجلس الصلح المشار إليه فى المادة ٦٤ رد كامل الرسم المسدد .
