لا يترتب على عدم مراعاة الميعاد المقرر فى المادة السابقة بطلان إعلان صحيفة الدعوى . كذلك لا يترتب البطلان على عدم مراعاة مواعيد الحضور وذلك بغير إخلال بحق المعلن إليه فى التأجيل لاستكمال الميعاد .
