يقيد قلم الكتاب الدعوى فى يوم تقديم الصحيفة فى السجل الخاص بذلك بمدان يثبت فى حضور المدعى أو من يمثله تاريخ الجلسة المحددة لنظرها فى أصل الصحيفة وصورها .
وعلى قلم الكتاب فى اليوم التالى على الأكثر أن يسلم أصل الصحيفة وصورها إلى قلم المحضرين لإعلانها ورد الأصل إليه .
