فيما عدا الحالة الخامسة من المادة ٢٤١ يجوز الطعن في أحكام المحكمين بالتماس إعادة النظر طبقا للقواعد المقررة لذلك فيما يتعلق بأحكام المحاكم .
ويرفع الالتماس إلى المحكمة التي كان من اختصاصها أصلا نظر الدعوى .
