على المحكمين أن يحكموا في الميعاد المشروط ما لم يرفض الخصوم امتداده .
ويجب عليهم عند عدم اشتراط أجل للحكم أن يحكموا خلال شهرين من تاريخ قبولهم للتحكيم و إلا جاز لمن شاء من الخصوم رفع النزاع إلى المحكمة .
