في الجلسة المحددة للتسوية الودية يناقش ذوو الشأن المشار إليهم في المادة السابقة في القائمة المؤقتة ويأمر القاضى بإثبات ملاحظاتهم في المحضر والقاضى السلطة التامة في تحقيق صحة الإعلانات والتوكيلات وقبول التدخل في كل ذى شأن لم يعلن أو يصبح إعلانه وضم توزيع إلى آخر أو تعيين خبراء لتقدير ثمن آحاد ما بيع من العقارات جملة ولد فضلا عن ذلك اتخاذ أى تدبير آخر يقتضيه حسن سير الإجراءات .
