يترتب على تسجيل حكم إيقاع البيع أو التأشير به وفقا لحكم المادة ٤٤٨ تطهير العقار المبيع من حقوق الامتياز والاختصاص والرهون الرسمية والحيازية التي أعلن أصحابها بإيداع قائمة شروط البيع وأخبروا بتاريخ جلسته طبقا للمادتين ٤١٧ ، ٤٢٦ ولا يبقى لهم إلا لاحقهم في الثمن .
