يعلن قلم الكتاب عن إيداع القائمة بالنشر في إحدى الصحف اليومية المقررة للإعلانات القضائية وبالتعليق في اللوحة المعدة للإعلانات بالمحكمة وذلك خلال ثمانية الأيام التالية لآخر إخبار بإيداع القائمة . و يودع محضر التعليق ونسخة من الصحيفة ملف التنفيذ في ثمانية الأيام التالية للإعلان من الإيداع .
ولكل شخص أن يطلع على قائمة شروط البيع في قلم الكتاب دون أن ينقلها منه .
