Article 392 of the Civil and Commercial Procedure Law

إذا لم يطلب الدائن المباشر للإجراءات البيع في التاريخ المحدد في محضر الحجز جاز للحاجزين الآخرين طبقا للمادة ٣٧١ أن يطلبوا إجراء البيع بعد اتخاذ إجراءات اللصق والنشر المنصوص عليها في المواد السابقة ويجب إعلان الشهادة المثبتة للصق إلى المدين المحجوز عليه و إلى الدائن الذى كان يباشر الإجراءات وذلك قبل البيع بيوم واحد على الأقل .
