إذا لم يتقدم أحد لشراء الحلى والجواهرات والأحجار الكريمة والأشياء المقومة امتد أجل بيعها إلى اليوم التالى إذا لم يكن يوم عطلة فإذا لم يتقدم مشتر بالقيمة المقدرة أجل البيع إلى يوم آخر وأعيد النشر واللصق على الوجه المبين في المواد السابقة وعندئذ تباع لمن يرسو عليه المزاد ولو بثمن أقل مما قومت به .
