إذا لم يحصل البيع في اليوم المبين في محضر الحجز أعيد اللصق والنشر على الوجه المبين في المواد السابقة وأعلن المحجوز عليه بالشهادة المثبتة للصق قبل البيع بيوم واحد على الأقل .
