يجرى البيع في المكان الذى توجد فيه الأشياء المحجوزة أو في أقرب سوق . ولقاضى التنفيذ مع ذلك أن يأمر بإجراء البيع بعد الإعلان عنه في مكان آخر بناء على عريضة تقدم له من أحد ذوى الشأن .
