إذا حصل الحجز بحضور المدين أو في موطنه ، تسلم له صورة من المحضر على الوجه المبين في المادة ١٠ فإن كان الحجز قد حصل في غير موطنه وفي غيبته وجب إعلانه بالمحضر في اليوم التالى على الأكثر .
