إذا توفى المحجوز لديه أو فقد أهليته أو زالت صفته أو صفة من يمثله كان للحاجز أن يعلن ورثة المحجوز لديه أو من يقوم مقامه بصورة من ورقة الحجز ويكلفه التقرير بما في الذمة خلال خمسة عشر يوما .
