يكون إبلاغ الحجز إلى المحجوز عليه بنفس ورقة الحجز بعد إعلانها إلى المحجوز لديه مع تعيين موطن مختار للحاجز في البلدة التي بها مقر المحكمة الواقع بدائرتها موطن المحجوز عليه .
ويجب إبلاغ الحجز خلال ثمانية الأيام التالية لإعلانه إلى المحجوز لديه وإلا اعتبر الحجز كأن لم يكن .
