Article 325 of the Civil and Commercial Procedure Law

يجوز لكل دائن بدين محقق الوجود حال الأداء أن يحجز ما يكون لمدينه لدى الغير من المنقولات أو الديون ولو كانت مؤجلة أو معلقة على شرط .
ويتناول الحجز كل دين ينشأ للمدين في ذمة المحجوز لديه إلى وقت التقرير بما في ذمته ما لم يكن موقوفا على دين بذاته .
