Article 323 of the Civil and Commercial Procedure Law

إذا وقع مؤجر العقار الحجز على منقولات المستأجر من الباطن طبقا للمادة ٣١٧ فإن إعلان الحجز لهذا المستأجر يعتبر أيضا بمثابة حجز تحت يده على الأجرة .
وإذا كان المستأجر الأصل غير ممنوع من التأجير من الباطن جاز للمستأجر من الباطن أن يطلب رفع الحجز عن منقولاته مع بقاء الحجز تحت يده على الأجرة .
