Article 310 of the Civil and Commercial Procedure Law

إذا وقع الحجز على ثمار أو محصولات أو غيرها من المنقولات التي يتعين تسليمها إلى الدولة أو إحدى الهيئات العامة أو المؤسسات العامة أو الوحدات الاقتصادية التابعة لها وجب على الحارس على هذه المنقولات أن يقدم إلى من يتسلمها صور محاضر الحجوز الموقعة عليها . وينتقل الحجز بتسليم المنقول ومحضر حجزه إلى الثمن الذى يستحقه المدين ، وذلك دون أى إجراء آخر .
