السندات الرسمية المحررة في بلد أجنبى يجوز الأمر بتنفيذها بنفس الشروط المقررة في قانون ذلك البلد لتنفيذ السندات الرسمية القابلة للتنفيذ المحررة في الجمهورية .
ويطلب الأمر بالتنفيذ بعريضة تقدم لقاضى التنفيذ الذى يراد التنفيذ في دائرة اختصاصه .
ولا يجوز الأمر بالتنفيذ إلا بعد التحقق من توافر الشروط المطلوبة لرسمية السند وقابليته للتنفيذ وفقا لقانون البلد الذى تم فيه ومن خلوه مما يخالف النظام العام أو الآداب في الجمهورية .
