Article 270 of the Civil and Commercial Procedure Law

إذا قضت محكمة النقض بعدم قبول الطعن أو برفضه أو بعدم جواز نظره حكمت على رافعه بالمصاريف فضلا عن مصادرة الكفالة كلها أو بعضها .
وإذا رأت أن الطعن أريد به الكيد فلها أن تحكم بالتعويض للمدعى عليه في الطعن .
