Article 267 of the Civil and Commercial Procedure Law

يجوز للمحكمة استثناء أن ترخص لمحامى الخصوم والنيابة في إيداع مذكرات تكميلية إذا رأت بعد اطلاعها على القضية أنه لا غنى عن ذلك وحينئذ توجل القضية لجلسة أخرى وتحدد المواعيد التي يجب إيداع تلك المذكرات فيها .
