تحكم محكمة النقض بغرامة لا تقل عن ثلاثة جنيهات ولا تجاوز عشرين جنيها على من تخلف من العاملين بأقلام الكتاب أو المحضرين عن القيام بأى إجراء من الإجراءات المقررة في المادتين السابقتين في المواعيد المحددة لها .
