Article 235 of the Civil and Commercial Procedure Law

لا تقبل الطلبات الجديدة فى الاستئناف وتحكم المحكمة من تلقاء نفسها بعدم قبولها .
ومع ذلك يجوز أن يضاف إلى الطلب الأصلى الأجور والفوائد والمرتبات وسائر الملحقات التى تستحق بعد تقديم الطلبات الختامية أمام محكمة الدرجة الأولى وما يزيد من التعويضات بعد تقديم هذه الطلبات .
وكذلك يجوز مع بقاء موضوع الطلب الأصلى على حاله تغيير سببه والإضافة إليه .
ويجوز للمحكمة أن تحكم بالتعويضات إذا كان الاستئناف قد قصد به الكيد .
