Article 219 of the Civil and Commercial Procedure Law

للخصوم فى غير الأحوال المستثناة ينص فى القانون أن يستأنفوا أحكام محاكم الدرجة الأولى الصادرة فى اختصاصها الابتدائى .

ويجوز الاتفاق ولو قبل رفع الدعوى على أن يكون حكم محكمة الدرجة الأولى انتهائيا .
