إذا امتنع قلم الكتاب من إعطاء الصورة التنفيذية الأولى جاز لطالبها أن يقدم عريضة بشكواه إلى قاضى الأمور الوقتية بالمحكمة التى أصدرت الحكم ليصدر أمره فيها طبقا للإجراءات المقررة فى باب الأوامر على العرائض .
