يوقع رئيس الجلسة وكاتبها نسخة الحكم الأصلية المشتملة على وقائع الدعوى والأسباب والمنطوق وتحفظ فى ملف الدعوى وذلك خلال أربع وعشرين ساعة من إيداع المسودة فى القضايا المستعجلة وسبعة أيام فى القضايا الأخرى و إلا كان المتسبب فى التأخير ملزما بالتعويضات .
