لا يجوز فتح باب المرافعة بعد تحديد جلسة للنطق بالحكم إلا بقرار تصرح به المحكمة فى الجلسة ، ولا يكون ذلك إلا لأسباب جدية تبين فى ورقة الجلسة وفى المحضر .
