يجب على قلم كتاب المحكمة رفع تقرير الرد الى رئيسها مرفقا به بيان بما قدم من طلبات رد فى الدعوى وما تم فيها، وذلك كله خلال أربع وعشرين ساعة, وعلى الرئيس أن يطلع القاضى المطلوب رده على التقرير فورا، وأن يرسل صورة منه الى النيابة.
