لكل ذى مصلحة من الخصوم فى حالة عدم السير فى الدعوى بفعل المدعى أو امتناعه أن يطلب الحكم بسقوط الخصومة متى انقضت سنة من آخر إجراء صحيح من إجراءات التقاضى .
